Maître DYUKA has extensive experience as both a French and international jurist, which has enabled her to develop substantial expertise in international law and a comprehensive understanding of diverse legal systems and state practices. Through her education, professional practice, and linguistic proficiency, she advises, assists, and represents clients in resolving disputes both in France and abroad.
Her experience has demonstrated that international families have specific needs, and that family crises become particularly anxiety-inducing when confronted with a foreign legal system that operates with different legal cultures and practices, especially when one does not fully master the language.
Maître DYUKA notably worked as a legal specialist for 5 years on cases involving international child abduction within an organization that is part of the Missing Children Europe network, handling over 300 cases involving numerous countries worldwide. This extensive experience confronting different legal systems and her contacts with central authorities and foreign attorneys have enabled her to establish a robust network of professionals in France and abroad, allowing her to optimally support her clients in resolving complex family situations.
Her training, experience teaching professionals both in France and abroad, university teaching experience in France focused on comparative law and international family law, her professional experience in international family law working closely with central authorities, international organizations and foreign attorneys, as well as her experience in judicial courts and courts of appeal (handling French family law cases and matters concerning recognition of foreign decisions in France, including international adoption, surrogacy, and divorce), complemented by her work in immigration law with a French association, constitute tremendous assets that allow her to examine each situation from all angles and to best defend her clients' interests.
